The Process
We start with wild-caught, sustainable Pacific Salmon and pure, crystal-clear water from the natural sand filters at the base of Provin Mountain.  The whole fish continues through a labor-intensive 7 step process that includes smoke from genuine hardwood and 100% real New England maple syrup.
